Email reminders for your upcoming event

Reminder notifications are now available as a standard service for all events.
Delivered to your ticket purchaser’s email inbox a few days in advance of their event, these reminders will include the event name, date, time and venue details with a link through to the customer’s order history so they can download and print tickets where applicable.

This handy feature can be turned on at your request so as not to clutter your customer’s inbox if you’re already sending your own notifications.

Customise when they are delivered or even include specific details or last minute messaging if required – just ask your dedicated Account Manager to hook you up!
