We’re not far off from launching a new look for the iTICKET BoxOffice Dashboard, soon to be known as the Promoter Dashboard.

This real-time reporting platform has always been a service provided free-of-charge to our Promoters as a secure online location for all their sales statistics. Available to access at any time, with the ability to nominate different admin rights to any member of the promoter team – this feature is a vital tool to many who will love the fresh new look and updates that are in the wings.

The new upgrade will be mobile responsive – making it easier to check stats on the go and includes a redesign of the user interface and experience. With a clean uncluttered appearance and simplified navigation it will be even easier to track and compare ticket sales across events.

One significant feature will be the addition of a new DIY Event Setup page for simple events, enabling promoters to build your own events on the fly or make edits and corrections to your event page in your own time.

In addition, some of the other updates include:

  • Update your own admin users
  • Schedule delivery of the reports you want straight to your inbox
  • Occupancy reports are more manageable and clean to read
  • Ticket Sales reports are simplified and concise
  • Settlements include Xero invoicing

Moving forward, the new interface makes it really easy for us to continue adding improvements on a regular basis. And with the inclusion of an Updates Feed, you’ll always be in the know!
